Absolutely amazing stay in room 145! Spotlessly clean, spacious room with a huge, super comfortable bed and six fluffy pillows. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. Breathtaking sea view, and watching the sunrise from the window was unforgettable. The food was fresh and delicious every single time. Incredibly quiet – even on a Friday night, which is rare for hotels. Truly one of the most peaceful and relaxing stays we've ever had. Highly recommended!

Just arrived home from 3 nights at the roker Hotel. Absolutely brilliant. Room was so lovely,very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice,fresh and hot. The staff were all wonderful. Polite and very helpful. We had such a lovely weekend thank you
Stayed a couple of years ago, but it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and made our stay memorable. The breakfasts are wonderful, and you can eat them overlooking the Sea. Perfect. 10/10
Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Roker Hotel. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would like to give special thanks to Jamie, Ian, and Tracy for their outstanding support during my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration . They went above and beyond to make the event memorable, assisting us with everything we needed and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. The service, location, and overall experience were fantastic. We highly recommend the Best Western Roker Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service. Cheerful, friendly staff. Warm welcome for brunch for us and our big dog. Pub food - generous portions and very tasty. Lovely atmosphere.
This was our first visit to the Roker Hotel and we were very impressed firstly the location is stunning with views over the sea front and pier it is very accessible and easy to park, upon entry to the building we were greeted by Ian on reception who was excellent and very professional and had a bit chat with us which was nice we stayed in room (116) which was a nice room it was clean and well presented with nice quality linen on the bed and the shower was nice and hot with nice shower gels supplied which is a nice touch however we found it to be a bit dated and tired looking and in need of an obvious refresh but nothing too serious we talked to Ian on reception about it and he said they are aware of that and refurbishing plans are being looked at which is fair enough overall nice enough rooms, we had a few drinks in the bar which has a really nice selection of drinks and is warm and inviting and also reasonably priced for its location, we paid for breakfast at &11 each when we booked which I would highly recommend as you get a nice choice of continental and full English with teas juices everything you could want it is excellent value and quality and excellent service from Raj she was very professional as were all of the staff so to sum up I would highly recommend staying at the Roker Hotel it is a nice place to stay with good all round amenities
A quirky hotel located on the seafront . The hotel was under some maintenance and our room seemed to be a long way through winding corridors that were being decorated - it’ll be lovely once completed. Rooms were clean and comfy with a buffet breakfast which was plentiful. We popped in the adjoining bar which was very lively, great atmosphere.
